Music Planner & Anthem

Introduction

The music planner becomes available in the civilization phase, it allows you to choose a short melody that will be played within your cities. You can choose from a variety of 10 pre-made tunes and a number of ambient sounds. Players also have access to a neat little tool called the Anthem editor..

Anthem Editor

It is more of a mini game than anything else, as it allows you to create simple tunes that will be played within your cities. For creating your anthem(s), you have access to different sounds tones and the ability to control the time elapsed between each sound. Just like all other content in Spore, user created tunes will be available in Sporepedia and hence all other worlds within your game will have their own unique tunes created by players in far away countries. It will be interesting to see if people of different nationalities produce widely different anthem types.
